Hide Folder Backup is fully automatic backup software which only requires you to create a backup task and specify when to execute it. The program can be configured to run backup task on startup or at a given time. You can specify which folders to include in backup process, which files to backup and which to bypass during backup process. The number of backup copies stored in backup folder can also be set.
As for the compression of data during backup, Hide Folder Backup supports a built-in zip compression as well as external zip and rar compressors. The compression ratio can be set from none (that is you can just copy your information to a given directoryt without compressing) to maximum to control the speed of backup process. It is up to you to chose the way you want your folders to be compressed.
